I made a start on concreting a base for the shed. A 4" base was put down for shed and in the centre, a 2 foot deep pit was dug and boarded off from surrounding base to separate it as it is the base for the pier to sit on and I didn't want to transfer any vibrations by walking on surrounding area to the pier. I also had a frame made up to sink in the pit with bolts coming up in each corner ready to bolt down pier with nylock nuts.
